Hey, I'm Matt Wright, hailing from Tonbridge, Kent, England.
After, over 3 years in the making I finished my first album, 'Six Scars Later', which was released on Monday 12th March, on my small, independent label 'Not Your Fault Records'.
This album is a very personal affair, chronicling a great portion of my teenage years; the emotions I've felt, the times I've been through and thus it gives an insight into me and my life. It is something that I feel many others can relate to all aspects of their lives too.
I've just finished recording my second album ('Darker Than Light') with singer and bassist from Son Of Dork, Steve Rushton, as producer. This album not only features Steve on guitars, but Louis Davis from Outrage on drums, and on one song, my good friend and guitarist Tom Clark.
On Saturday 24th March 2007, I was very lucky to share a stage with Son Of Dork at Shepherd's Bush Empire and for this I am truely greatful! Since then I was asked to headline a festival at Ministry Of Sound on Monday 20th August 2007!
